The Frances Lincoln Children’s Librarian Prize (FLCLP) is presented annually to a children’s or teen librarian who champions diversity and inclusion in their collection and community. The prize is open to school and public librarians.

Tracey Wong is a School Library Media Specialist at White Plains High School. As a 22-year teaching veteran, she has taught for 13 years with the NYCDOE and she has taught at the elementary, secondary and college level, as well as at an online school. Tracey is a 2021 Macmillan Dear Librarian recipient, 2018 Library Journal Mover & Shaker, a 2017 Lemelson-MIT InvenTeam recipient and a 2016 ALA Scholastic Publishing Recipient. 2024 Frances Lincoln Children's Librarian Prize Winner Committee Statement:
"The 2024 Frances Lincoln Children’s Librarian Prize is awarded to Tracey Wong, White Plains High School Librarian in White Plains, New York, for exemplifying the characteristics of a community partner in the library. She demonstrates and extends her commitment to diversity and inclusivity making sure that students have free access to books, spaces, and events that affirm all kinds of identities and backgrounds. There is no ceiling to how much a librarian/media specialist can positively support community in and beyond the school, and Ms. Wong sees the infinite possibility in the role of the library and her role to be an innovative educational leader. In her responses to book challenges, support for technology implementation, and collection organization, Ms. Wong utilizes a global view of the world of librarianship, adapting to the way that librarians can create 'palaces of the people.'"
